1. When will my order ship?

Every piece we make is fresh off the beat.

Your item gets printed the moment you place your order — no dusty warehouse, no stale stock.

 

Processing time:

 2–5 business days

(We move fast, but not so fast we spill the groove.)

 

2. How long does shipping take?

 

Just like a DJ set, timing depends on where you are in the crowd:

 

  •  USA: 3–8 business days

  •  Canada: 5–12 business days

  •  International: 7–21 business days

 

 

Good things (and funky shirts) take time.

 

3. How do I track my order?

Easy!

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can stalk it like your favourite DJ’s new release.

4. Why did my items arrive separately?

Because your gear is made-to-order, different tees may be fulfilled at different studios.

Think of it like each shirt having its own VIP backstage pass.

 

Don’t worry — all your goodies are on their way.

 

5. Can I return or exchange my item?

Since everything is custom-printed, we can’t offer returns or size swaps.

 

BUT…

if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or just looking whack, we’ll replace it free of charge.

 

Just send us photos within 7 days and we’ll fix the vibe.

6. Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

If your order hasn’t hit the production floor yet, yes!

Email us ASAP — and we’ll try to catch it before it boogies off to print.

 

Once printing starts, it’s locked in like the bassline.

 

7. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you let us know early, we can update it.

If the package already shipped, we can’t reroute it.

 

If it gets returned to us, we’ll reship it — shipping fees apply.

 

Lesson: double-check your digits before you click “order.”

 

8. My package says “delivered,” but I don’t see it.

It might be:

 

  • Hanging with your neighbour

  • Sitting with your building manager

  • Having a moment with your mailbox

  • Or delivered early by an overeager carrier

 

 

Give it 24 hours, then contact us.

We’ll help you hunt it down.

 

9. Do you ship worldwide?

 

 

Oh yes — we send the groove across the globe. 

Customs fees may apply depending on where you live.

 

10. What sizes do you offer?

 

 

Most of our tees range from XS–3XL.

Each product page shows what’s available.

 

11. How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts are:

 

  • Unisex

  • True-to-size for men

  • Slightly relaxed for women

 

For a tighter look → size down.

For an oversized dancefloor moment → size up.

 

12. Where do your products ship from?

 

Depending on your location, your order may ship from:

 

  • USA

  • Canada

  • Mexico

  • Europe

We use the closest fulfilment centre to keep things fast and eco-friendly.

 

13. How are your products made?

With love, rhythm, and legit printing tech.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
